Refund & Return Policy

1. Munchilicious does not accept general returns for online purchases.

2. Refunds or replacements are allowed only for damaged or leaking products, reported within 2–3 days of delivery.

3. Replacement orders are dispatched once the customer representative informs the Operations team.

4. Refunds take 5–6 business days to process from the date they are issued.

Important Notes:

1. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

2. No returns or replacements will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.

3. Refunds, returns, or replacements apply only to damaged products. If the delivered item is correct and undamaged, no claims will be considered.

4. Valid photo proof of the damaged product is mandatory. Claims for opened products will not be accepted.

5. Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method.

6. Munchilicious reserves the right to accept or decline return requests at its discretion.

Cancellation Policy

1. Munchilicious may cancel any order suspected of fraudulent, suspicious, or malicious payment methods.

2. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per company policy, with applicable cancellation charges deducted.

3. Customers can request cancellation only before the order is shipped.
