Munchilicious not accept general returns for online purchases. If you receive a damaged or leaking product, you can request a refund or replacement within
2-3 days of delivery.
The replacement will be sent out as soon as the customer representative informs the Operations team. Refunds typically take 5-6 days to process from
the date they are issued.
For Cash on Delivery orders, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
No returns or replacements can be claimed after 7 days of delivery.
Requests for refunds, returns, or replacements will only be accepted if the product is damaged; if the item delivered matches the order and is undamaged,
no claims will be considered.
Valid photo proof of the damaged product is required for refunds or replacements. Claims for opened products will not be accepted.
