Chocolate Date Truffle

Process

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for a few minutes to soften. Drain and squeeze out excess water 
  2. Add dates, maple syrup, cocoa powder, ¼ cup Munchilicious Granola and chia seeds in a blender and blend until finely ground and a sticky dough ball is formed
  3. Remove the dough ball from your blender and roll it into small balls. Now roll the truffle balls in Munchilicious Granola - Dark Chocolate. Refrigerate them and store them in an airtight container.

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
